Job Description
The SAP BRIM Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, integration, and support of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions. This role supports subscription-based billing, contract accounting, order management, mediation, invoicing, and collections processes, and works closely with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end BRIM implementations integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
Job Duties
- Configure and support SAP BRIM modules including:

- SAP FICA (contract accounting, payments, collections, dunning)
- SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- SAP Convergent Mediation
- SAP Convergent Invoicing and Convergent Charging
- Configure FICA processes such as invoicing, payments, refunds, write-offs, dunning, and posting to FI G/L
- Develop and support Convergent Mediation workflows including data acquisition, validation, enrichment, aggregation, and routing
- Integrate BRIM components with SAP S/4HANA Finance and external systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to support enhancements, interfaces, and integrations
- Conduct system testing including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 years of experience working with SAP BRIM solutions
- Experience with SAP FICA configuration and collections processes
- Experience with SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- Experience with SAP Convergent Mediation and end-to-end BRIM process flows
- Experience integrating SAP BRIM with SAP S/4HANA
Work Hours
- 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
